Product Development Manager | Cargo Product

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to develop, implement and grow assigned cargo product portfolios in line with Qatar Airways Cargo’s commercial and product strategy. Based in Doha, this role will focus on specialist products including Fresh, TechLift and other assigned product lines, while supporting commercial growth, operational compliance, customer care and network capability.

In this role, you will work closely with commercial, operational, sales, revenue management, ground handling and customer stakeholders to ensure product performance, quality and integrity are consistently delivered across the hub and network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and develop assigned cargo products in line with the overall commercial strategy.
• Develop the strategic direction for product growth and sales in alignment with business objectives.
• Create product SOPs to establish effective hub and network operations.
• Ensure product processes are compliant through CAPA and continuous improvement methods.
• Implement and manage SLAs to support consistent product performance.
• Integrate product audits into hub and network audit schedules.
• Ensure business continuity and contingency plans are aligned with assigned product objectives.
• Build product awareness through sales and marketing tools, including regional sales channels.
• Set pricing in coordination with sales and revenue management to achieve optimal yields.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and shippers to secure cargo commitments.
