Pullman Dubai Downtown is a cosmopolitan 5 Star hotel located in the Business Bay district in close proximity to the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Dubai Downtown area.
Each of our 340 stylishly designed rooms and suites, offers views of the Burj Khalifa, Canal view, and Business Bay district.
- Coordinate daily IT support activities and prioritise technical requests based on operational needs.
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, network connectivity and hotel IT systems.
- Install, configure and maintain computers, printers, telephones, network equipment and other IT devices.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex matters to the IT Assistant Manager or approved service providers.
- Manage user accounts, system access, software installations, updates and security patches.
- Maintain IT equipment, asset inventories, software licences, warranties and service records.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers for maintenance, repairs and technical support.
- Bachelors Degree in IT
- 2 years experience in the same role in a Hospitality environment is an asset
- A passion for people, development, engagement and hospitality.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
