External Transfers Management Senior Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process customer requests on the bank’s systems after verifying the accuracy and completeness of all required information and supporting documents.
• Accurately submit customer requests to the central banking system following a thorough validation of data and attachments.
• Monitor pending remittances and maintain communication with customers to ensure timely resolution.
• Follow up on pending transactions within the electronic system and coordinate with customers and relevant departments to facilitate settlement and completion.
• Respond to inquiries from regulatory authorities and correspondent banks in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle communications with regulatory bodies and correspondent banks using precise banking terminology and in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures.
• Maintain organized records of all transaction-related documentation.
• Perform electronic archiving of files using the bank’s approved systems, ensuring documents are properly classified according to transaction type and date.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any other relevant field.

A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
