Overview Of The Role:
As Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, you will be a trusted partner at the centre of the business, providing senior executive and administrative support. You will manage the Managing Director's priorities, calendar, communications, governance activities and key business initiatives, so that decisions are well informed, the office runs efficiently and strategic objectives are delivered.
You will do well in this role if you are highly organised, think ahead and can juggle competing demands without losing sight of what matters most. Sound business judgement, polished communication and complete discretion will be part of your everyday work, whether you are preparing a board pack, handling sensitive information or representing the Managing Director with senior stakeholders.
What You Will Do:
Manage the Managing Director's calendar and priorities, coordinating meetings, reviews and business commitments without scheduling conflicts
Prepare and coordinate executive correspondence, presentations and stakeholder communications to a consistently high standard of accuracy and professionalism
Support leadership meetings, board reviews and business updates, delivering agendas, materials, minutes and action tracking on time
Track executive action items and follow them through to completion within agreed deadlines
Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, responding promptly and keeping satisfaction high
Handle sensitive business information securely and in full compliance with confidentiality requirements
Produce accurate, timely executive reports, dashboards, presentations and briefing materials for the leadership team
Keep the Managing Director's office running smoothly day to day through proactive planning, coordination, problem-solving and prioritisation

What Qualifies You For The Role:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications or a related discipline
5 to 8 years' experience supporting C-suite executives, Managing Directors, CEOs or senior leadership teams, ideally within a multinational or matrixed organisation
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams), with a strong understanding of executive office management and business governance
Experience managing complex calendars, executive communications, travel arrangements, leadership meetings and governance processes
UAE or wider GCC experience preferred
