Working Hours: 6 days per week, 8 hours per day
AT Group is seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician to join our team in Baghdad. The successful candidate will carry out maintenance and repair work on building components to keep our facilities safe and in good condition.
Key Responsibilities
• Repair and maintain doors, windows, and locks.
• Carry out roof inspections and minor roof repairs.
• Repair furniture and other wood and metal structures.
• Carry out general repairs on walls, floors, and other building components.
• Respond to maintenance requests and complete work orders on time.
• Report larger faults and spare-part needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all health, safety, and site rules at all times.
Requirements
• Able to speak English at an intermediate to upper-intermediate level.
• Good knowledge of general building maintenance and repair work.
• Able to use hand tools and power tools safely.
• Previous experience in general maintenance is preferred.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
