As a Service Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
Service Delivery Management
Coordinate the delivery of drilling and completion fluids services across assigned rigs and projects.
Ensure execution of services in accordance with company procedures, customer requirements, and contractual obligations.
Monitor ongoing operations and provide support to field personnel to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Facilitate communication between operations, technical services, logistics, and customer representatives.
Manage service delivery performance, including KPI tracking and reporting.
Operational Planning & Coordination
Plan and coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials required to support drilling and completion activities.
Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of products and equipment.
Coordinate mobilizations, demobilizations, and operational transitions.
Assist in contingency planning and risk mitigation for critical operations.
Customer Relationship Management
Maintain regular communication with customer operations and engineering teams.
Support customer meetings, operational reviews, and technical discussions.
Address customer concerns and coordinate resolution of operational and service-related issues.
Identify opportunities to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
Financial & Commercial Support
Monitor service costs and operational expenditures against budgets.
Assist in forecasting product consumption and operational resource requirements.
Support invoice verification, cost tracking, and contract compliance activities.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency improvements.
Inventory & Asset Management
Coordinate inventory planning and management for drilling and completion fluids products.
Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess inventory.
Track company assets, rental equipment, and field equipment utilization.
Ensure proper documentation and inventory reconciliation.
HSE & Quality Management
Promote and support compliance with company and customer HSE standards.
Participate in incident investigations and corrective action implementation.
Ensure service delivery activities comply with quality management requirements.
Encourage a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Technical Support Coordination
Coordinate with Technical Services personnel to ensure proper application of drilling and completion fluid systems.
Support implementation of new technologies and performance improvement initiatives.
Facilitate lessons learned reviews and best-practice sharing across operations.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare operational reports, KPI dashboards, and customer performance reports.
Maintain accurate records of service delivery activities, inventory, personnel utilization, and operational performance.
Support management reviews with operational analysis and recommendations.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Relevant industry certifications are an advantage.
Have 5 to 10 years of experience in DCF operations, technical services, or service delivery management.
Have experience in drilling fluids, completion fluids, solids control operations preferred.
Have experience working directly with drilling contractors, operators, and offshore/onshore operations.
Have a strong understanding of drilling and completion fluid systems and their applications.
Knowledge of well construction processes and drilling operations.
Familiarity with inventory management, logistics coordination, and operational planning.
Understanding of HSE and quality management systems.
Ability to interpret operational and performance data.
Have a strong customer relationship and stakeholder management skills.
Have excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Effective planning, organization, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced operational environment.
Have a strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
