This is an exciting new position within Ennismore’s growing portfolio of lifestyle brands, representing the first Morgans Originals hotel in Egypt.
The Opportunity
We're looking for enthusiastic & passionate Food & Beverage Interns to join our team at Portaluna, a Morgans Originals hotel, on Egypt's North Coast.
This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality students looking to gain hands-on experience in a lifestyle hotel, develop their service skills & discover what it takes to create memorable dining experiences.
Working alongside our experienced Food & Beverage team, you'll gain valuable exposure to restaurant, bar & daily dining operations while learning how creativity, personality & genuine hospitality come together.
Possible Start Date: April/May 2027
Internship Duration: Approximately 5–6 months, aligned with seasonal operations
What You'll Be Doing
Welcome guests warmly & help create memorable dining experiences that reflect the distinctive spirit of Morgans Originals.
Support daily restaurant & bar operations, including preparation, setup & service.
Learn & apply Morgans Originals' service standards while bringing your own personality to every guest interaction.
Develop your knowledge of food, beverages, menus & service techniques.
Assist with guest requests, anticipate their needs & deliver thoughtful, attentive service.
Work closely with colleagues across our Food & Beverage outlets, gaining exposure to different dining experiences.
Support restaurant hosting, food & beverage service and bar operations under the guidance of experienced team members.
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, hygiene & food safety.
Participate in training & development opportunities throughout your internship.

Who We're Looking For
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
A genuine passion for lifestyle hospitality, guest relations & creating memorable guest experiences.
A positive attitude, natural curiosity & enthusiasm to learn and explore different aspects of hotel operations.
Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic or other international languages would be an advantage.
A warm, confident & approachable personality with a natural ability to connect with people.
Someone who brings individuality, creativity & a fresh perspective to the team.
A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Good organisational skills, attention to detail & a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Flexibility to work different shifts in line with the hotel's seasonal operations.
Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential — your attitude, personality & willingness to learn matter most.
