Hospitalityis a work of heart,
- Supervise and care for children in the Kids Club in a safe, clean, and engaging environment
- Plan and lead age-appropriate recreational, educational, and creative activities (arts and crafts, games, storytelling, etc.)
- Ensure the highest standards of child safety, hygiene, and wellbeing at all times
- Build positive relationships with children and communicate professionally and warmly with parents
- Monitor and manage attendance, sign-in/sign-out procedures, and maintain accurate records
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the Kids Club area and equipment/toys
- Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents, emergencies, or special needs
- Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure a seamless guest experience for families
- Uphold the hotel's brand standards and luxury service culture in all interactions
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (Kindergarten)
- Fluent in English
- Well-mannered and skilled in dealing with children
- Good Apperance
