The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Provides senior-quality leadership across the tennis project, establishing and maintaining robust quality management, assurance, and control frameworks. Ensures contractor and consultant deliverables meet the employer's requirements, regulatory standards, and handover objectives, driving compliance, continuous improvement, and quality outcomes throughout project delivery.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Champions a safety-first culture and values-led quality leadership.
• Directs quality management systems, audits, inspections, and compliance assurance.
• Drives quality risk management, defect resolution, and continuous improvement.
• Supports testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring compliant delivery outcomes.
• Supervise quality assurance programmes, audits, certification, and management system governance.
• Provides strategic quality advice, risk mitigation, and performance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Develops team capability through leadership, training, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Drives stakeholder collaboration, supply chain assurance, and sustainability-focused delivery outcomes.

You'll need to have:

• Degree in engineering, construction management, or related discipline.
• Professional quality certification preferred (ISO 9001, CQI/IRCA, ASQ, or equivalent).
• Extensive QA/QC experience on major programmes.
• Strong quality leadership, audit, and stakeholder management expertise.
• Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience working on high-value projects/programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
