π Schedule: 7 Days per Week
We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent (Offshore HUC) to join a major Compression Project, leading offshore brownfield, shutdown, hook-up, and commissioning activities in a large-scale offshore environment.
Key Responsibilities
β Act as the Company Site Representative for offshore execution activities.
β Lead offshore Brownfield, Shutdown, Hook-Up, Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning activities.
β Ensure compliance with safety, quality, integrity, and project objectives during offshore execution.
β Coordinate with Operations, OESS teams, EPC Contractors, and Subcontractors to ensure seamless execution.
β Supervise daily offshore meetings covering Safety, PTW coordination, planning, and execution progress.
β Monitor contractor performance, progress reporting, and adherence to approved procedures and standards.
β Support safe SIMOPS execution and maintain effective stakeholder communication throughout offshore activities.
β Participate in lessons learned and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
β High National Diploma in Mechanical or Instrumentation Engineering.
β Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction-related disciplines.
