IVS Manager

1.4. Key Working Relationship

IVS Manager, IVS Technical/Deputy Manager, Administrator/Coordinator and Technical Assistance.

2. Minimum Required Qualifications

2.1. Education

Diploma/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical /Electrical and/or any other equivalent.

2.2. Training / Specialty

DS-1, NDT Certification or equivalent i.e. Client/QCC approval, In house training for Inspection and testing of all types of OCTG equipment for onshore/offshore

2.3. Technical knowledge

Fundamentals of OCTG Equipment (onshore/offshore)

2.4. Experience

Min. 3 years in inspection and certification of NDT 0r OCTG

3. Responsibilities / Authorities

3.1. Primary Functions

• Conduct / Perform thorough inspections of OCTG products, including casing and tubing, in accordance with industry standards and specifications.
• Review and verify test results and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
• Witness NDT or any other special test requires by client or customer.
• Identify and report any non-conformance issues, working with production teams to implement corrective actions.
• Conduct field inspections and oversee the loading and unloading of OCTG shipment.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and recommending improvements.
• Stay updated with the latest industry standards, technologies, and best practices related to OCTG products.

• Prepare Reports as per the inspection result and deliver the required deliverables.

3.6. HSE Requirements

Communicate to their immediate manager any unsafe work practice or condition and opportunities for improvement of HSE practices.

Comply with Client’s Site specific HSE regulations.

Comply at all times with all applicable legal requirements, BV Group HSE Policies and procedures, client’s HSE procedures and practices.

Maintain personal work areas tidy and hazard free and report any deviation/fault/hazard immediately to the location manager/line manager/supervisor
