Manager – Business Finance and Analytics Manager
Role Summary:
Lead FP&A, financial reporting, business analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making while enhancing financial systems, controls, and automation.

Role Summary:
Lead FP&A, financial reporting, business analytics, and business intelligence initiatives. Drive budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, performance reporting, and data-driven decision-making while enhancing financial systems, controls, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, rolling plans, and financial reporting.
- Develop financial models, business cases, and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions.
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI reports, and management reporting frameworks.
- Provide actionable insights on revenue, costs, profitability, and business performance.
- Support finance transformation, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor financial risks, variances, and capital project performance.
- Partner with business leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead and develop a high-performing finance analytics team.
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Analytics, or Business Finance.
- 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence.
- Strong expertise in Power BI, Excel, Power Query, and SQL.
- Experience in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Python and AI-enabled analytics experience preferred.
