Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Bartender/Bartendress to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The Bartender/Bartendress will mix and serve drinks to patrons, directly interact with customers, and ensure a positive experience for all guests.
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing recommendations and taking orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bartender/Bartendress in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Certification in responsible alcohol service is a plus
