- Review and approve Request for Inspection (RFI) submitted by the contractor.
- Identify non-conforming work and raise NCRs or observations where necessary.
- Monitor corrective actions until close-out.
- Ensure work is executed safely in accordance with ADNOC HSE requirements and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.
- Coordinate with construction engineers, QA/QC engineers, surveyors, and HSE personnel.
- Maintain daily inspection reports, punch lists, and progress records.
- Participate in site walkdowns, pre-commissioning inspections, and final acceptance inspections.

Expected:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of civil inspection experience in oil & gas or industrial construction.
- Previous ADNOC Onshore or major Middle East oil & gas project experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working in a PMC or consultant role is an advantage.
