  • Deliver assigned revenue and room night targets while supporting agreed rate and profitability objectives.
  • Lead negotiations for account agreements, preferred partnerships and group opportunities within delegated authority.
  • Coordinate with hotel Sales and Revenue Management teams to ensure proposals reflect demand, availability and commercial priorities.
  • Plan sales activity around regional travel patterns, school holidays, public holidays and major events.
  • Conduct senior-level account meetings, sales visits and presentations, representing the portfolio at relevant industry events.
  • Develop joint business plans with strategic accounts and regularly review production, conversion and future opportunities.
  • Work with Marketing and hotel teams on targeted campaigns, partner promotions and market-specific initiatives.
  • Monitor market conditions, competitor activity and customer feedback, adapting sales actions where required.
  • Maintain a reliable sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts, performance reports and market insights to regional leadership.
  • Lead account reviews and coordinate corrective actions for underperforming accounts or markets.
  • Facilitate cross-selling and coordinate multi-property opportunities to maximise overall portfolio value.
  • Collaborate with hotel operations teams to ensure agreed client requirements are clearly communicated and delivered.
  • Coordinate with Finance on account credit requirements and outstanding payments where relevant.
  • Manage the assigned sales travel and activity budget, evaluating expenditure against commercial results.
  • Coach sales executives and coordinators where assigned, promoting consistent account management and reporting standards.
  • Ensure contracts and commercial commitments comply with company policies and approval procedures.

Qualifications
