Position: Waitress/Hostess – Cigar Lounge
We are looking for a friendly, professional individual to fill a dual role as both waitress and hostess in our cigar lounge.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive (hostess duties)
Manage reservations, seating, and waitlists
Escort guests to tables/lounge areas
Take food and beverage orders and deliver them (waitress duties)
Recommend cigars, drinks, and pairings
Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lounge
Experience in hospitality, serving, or hosting
Knowledge or interest in cigars (preferred)
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
