HKN Syria operates the Suwaydiya, Rmeilan, Alyan, Karatchuk, Sazaba, Laylak, Hamzeh, and Oudeh fields and is comprised of 1,189 km2. The fields share an Upper Cretaceous carbonate reservoir system, with the fractured "Massive" limestone as the principal producing horizon, with more than 2,100 wells mapped across the concession.

Position Summary
Deliver day-to-day management of HKN’s social media channels, creating and publishing engaging content that showcases our operations, our people and their achievements across all HKN entities.
Main Duties & Responsibilities
· Create, schedule and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other approved platforms
· Follow the content calendar and brand guidelines, and keep a consistent look and tone across entities
· Gather stories, photos and video from sites and offices; interview employees and write short features
·
· Follow the approval process before publishing anything involving operations, security-sensitive locations or individuals
· Prepare monthly performance reports and basic analytics
· Maintain the photo and video library with appropriate permissions and consent records
Minimum Qualifications
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media or a related field
· 2–4 years of experience in social media management or content creation
· Strong writing skills in English and Arabic is an advantage
· Hands-on experience with design, photo and video editing tools
· Understanding of social media analytics and best practices
· Good judgment and discretion with sensitive information
