Sinyar Graduate Program | Digital Content Specialist | Retail
About the Role
As part of the Sinyar Graduate Program, we are looking for a Digital Content Specialist to join IKEA within Al-Futtaim Retail.
This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates with a minimum GPA of 2.8 or above. Candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience will also be considered, provided they meet the minimum GPA requirement of 2.8.
You will help shape how customers experience IKEA across digital channels, creating engaging content for campaigns, products and customer communications while gaining practical exposure to e-commerce, digital marketing and cross-functional collaboration.
What You Will Do
Create Engaging Digital Content
Write, edit and optimise customer-facing content across website, app, email, push notifications and WhatsApp.
Create engaging and commercially effective content that supports customer engagement and conversion.
Adapt campaign, product and service messaging across digital channels while maintaining IKEA’s tone of voice.
Bring Campaigns to Life
Support content planning in line with trading priorities, content calendars and campaign schedules.
Work with Merchandising teams to support global launches, new product releases, seasonal activities and commercial campaigns.
Collaborate with Customer Experience, Marketing, Commercial and Digital teams to deliver a consistent customer experience.
Optimise the Digital Experience
Apply SEO and digital content best practices to improve visibility and engagement.
Use customer insights and performance data to continuously improve content.
Monitor customer behaviour and content performance to identify opportunities for stronger engagement.
Collaborate & Grow
Work with internal stakeholders to plan and deliver content aligned with business priorities.
Support cross-functional projects across digital content, copywriting and customer communication.
Build your experience by working across different teams and digital touchpoints within the Retail business.
What You Bring
We’re looking for an ambitious graduate who is creative, digitally minded and ready to start building a career with Al-Futtaim.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
Minimum GPA of 2.8 or above.
Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Strong interest in digital content, copywriting and customer engagement.
Good written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Creative, collaborative and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment.
Familiarity with SEO, content management systems, Adobe InCopy or InDesign is an advantage.
