- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs
- Provide accurate information on service options, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate with technicians to track repair/service progress
- Follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction with completed services
Required Qualifications:
- University degree
- Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in automotive service or customer-facing roles
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Strong communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Familiarity with service management systems
