Job Summary

End-to-end responsibility for IP network architecture, including HLD, LLD, and BOQ reviews with vendors, and day-to-day operation of large-scale IPRAN networks supporting 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G services.

Key Responsibilities

Network Design & Planning

· Design, review, and validate HLD and LLD documents.

· Review and validate BOQ with vendors and internal stakeholders.

· Lead IP network planning and optimization for IPRAN (2G/3G/4G/5G) environments.

· Ensure designs align with scalability, resiliency, security, and operational best practices.

Network Operations & Technologies

· Operate and support large-scale Service Provider IP networks.

· Act as an SME for advanced technologies, including: EVPN, SR-MPLS & SRv6, BGP, IS-IS, L2VPN, L3VPN, VXLAN.

· Troubleshoot complex network issues and lead root cause analysis.

Security & AAA

· Design, deploy, and operate security solutions including: FortiGate firewalls, Cisco ISE.

· Strong expertise in: AAA (TACACS+, RADIUS), IPsec & SSL VPN, High Availability (HA) architectures.

· Ensure secure access control and compliance with security standards.

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

· Work closely with vendors during design, implementation, and optimization phases.

· Evaluate vendor proposals, designs, and technical solutions.

· Support multi-vendor environments and interoperability.

Required Technical Skills

· Minimum 10 years of experience in IP network design, planning, and operations.

· Strong experience in IPRAN networks (2G/3G/4G/5G).

· Deep knowledge of Service Provider routing and switching technologies.

· Multi-vendor experience with: Cisco, Huawei, Nokia, Fortinet

Certifications (Required / Preferred)

· CCIE Service Provider (Required or Strongly Preferred)

· HCIE Datacom

· CCIE Security or CCNP Security

Personal & Professional Skills

· 10+ years of hands-on experience in IP network operations, design, and planning. The

· deep technical expertise in modern Service Provider technologies, strong security knowledge,

and proven multi-vendor experience.

· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work under pressure in critical environments.

· Team-friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.

· Sharp decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

· Willingness to provide 24/7 availability and on-call support when required.
