π Location: Iraq

We are looking for an experienced Commission Manager to join our team in Iraq, with strong experience in the Power, Oil & Gas sectors.
πΉ What Weβre Looking For:
β’ 10+ years of experience in power, infrastructure, oil & gas, or related sectors
β’ Proven track record in commissioning power plants, MV transformer stations, and substations (33kV & 132kV)
β’ Strong understanding of Grid Code, safety procedures, environmental regulations, and industry best practices
β’ Experience in designing and managing performance-based commission structures
β’ Skilled in accurate commission calculation, reporting, auditing, and training teams on commission policies
β’ Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle), with strong reporting skills
β’ Ability to develop Plant Manuals, O&M Manuals, switching, and safety procedures
β’ Fluent in English
β’ Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Design and manage commission structures tied to performance
β’ Oversee accurate commission calculations and payments
β’ Lead commissioning activities for PV arrays, trackers, inverters, and substations
β’ Ensure compliance with Grid Code, safety, and environmental regulations
β’ Generate insightful reports on commission trends and ROI
β’ Conduct audits for accuracy and transparency
β’ Train teams on commission policies and best practices
β’ Work closely with management and operational teams to ensure effective implementation of commission programs
π Educational Background:
Bachelorβs degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
