Job Description
We are seeking an organized and professional Assistant Talent & Culture Manager to join our team in Ras Al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. In this role, you will provide essential support to our Talent & Culture department, assisting with recruitment initiatives, employee engagement programs, and HR operations. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring efficient talent acquisition and onboarding processes. - Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases
- Assist in developing and implementing employee engagement and culture initiatives that promote a positive workplace environment
- Coordinate onboarding programs and prepare documentation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition
- Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR databases with accuracy and attention to detail
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations to support decision-making and program evaluation
- Support employee relations activities, including organizing team events, recognition programs, and cultural celebrations
- Assist with the coordination of training and development programs for employees
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits in a supportive and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational HR policies in all administrative functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and identify opportunities for culture improvement
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
**Required Skills & Experience:**
- 2-3 years of experience in HR administration, talent acquisition, or people operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and employment regulations
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
- Experience with recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Familiarity with employee engagement survey tools and analytics
- Experience coordinating events or employee programs
- Multilingual abilities, particularly Arabic and English
- Knowledge of payroll or benefits administration processes
- Experience with performance management systems
- Certification in HR or related field (SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent)
