Position Summary
The HORECA Supervisor will oversee food-service sales activities and customer relationships across hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, and other hospitality customers. The role will support the sales team in achieving targets and expanding the company's presence within the HORECA sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the HORECA sales team.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key HORECA customers.
- Identify new business opportunities within hotels, restaurants, cafés, and catering companies.
- Monitor sales performance against targets.
- Plan customer visits and sales activities.
- Support the team with negotiations and key customer accounts.
- Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to management.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in HORECA, food service, FMCG, or related sales.
- Previous supervisory or team-lead experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the HORECA market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to manage sales targets and team performance.
- Arabic and English are mandatory.
- Kurdish or other languages are an advantage.
