Job Overview
The Manufacturing Specialist is a developmental rotational role designed to build future manufacturing professionals through structured exposure to key manufacturing and support functions. The role provides practical experience across HSE, Procurement, Sourcing, Planning, Warehouse, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, CNC Machining, Assembly & Test, Logistics, and Production Management.
The successful candidate will develop a broad understanding of manufacturing operations and the order-to-delivery process while completing structured learning objectives, competency assessments, and improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured rotations across manufacturing and supporting functions.
- Complete assigned learning objectives, training, competency assessments, and development milestones.
- Gain hands-on exposure to CNC machining, assembly, testing, tooling, and shop-floor operations.
- Support production activities under appropriate supervision and safety requirements.
- Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and routing documents.
- Understand the impact of material availability, planning, and operational execution on On-Time Delivery (OTD).
- Assist with material tracking, inventory management, and shipment readiness.
- Participate in mentoring, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Identify and contribute ideas to improve operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Present improvement projects and learning outcomes during program reviews.
- Maintain compliance with company HSE, security, quality, compliance, and management-system requirements.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Complete required functional, compliance, and business-standard training.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with theoretical knowledge or some practical experience in mechanical , industrial operations, or technical environments.
- Internship, apprenticeship, or practical exposure in manufacturing operations, industrial facilities, Oil & Gas manufacturing, CNC machining, assembly, or testing is preferred.
- Willingness to participate in structured departmental rotations and gain exposure across different manufacturing and business functions.
- Demonstrated interest in building a long-term career in manufacturing or industrial operations.
