We are currently seeking an experienced Head of Business to support the Venture Business Division Manager in leading and coordinating critical business activities across one of Qatar's major energy projects.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Lead and execute the Venture Communications Strategy
✅ Manage internal, external, and digital communications across multiple stakeholders
✅ Oversee multimedia production including video, animation, motion graphics, and digital content
✅ Support governance activities, Steering Committees, ExCom, TechCom, and Project Leadership Team (PLT) meetings
✅ Coordinate stakeholder engagement and ensure effective communication across shareholders, leadership, and project teams
✅ Drive governance reporting including weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting
✅ Develop executive presentations, reports, and strategic communication materials
✅ Provide direct support to senior leadership on business and communication matters
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, Project Management, Law, Sciences, Supply Chain, Accounting, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or related disciplines
✔ Minimum 10 years of experience in a business-related function
✔ Minimum 6 years of Oil & Gas industry experience
✔ At least 2 years in a supervisory, acting leadership, or contractor oversight role
✔ Advanced proficiency in:

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• PowerPoint, Word & Excel

✔ Experience in:

• Multimedia production
• Video production & animation
• Digital content platforms
• Stakeholder engagement
• Governance reporting

✔ Exposure to AI-enabled media tools such as:

• Runway
• Synthesia
• Adobe Firefly

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
