Solution Expert - Treasury- Corporate Services
Overview Of The Role:
The Solution Expert SAP Treasury is responsible for leading the implementation and ongoing support of treasury systems across relevant Al-Futtaim entities. This role includes collaboration with AFG Treasury and Finance professionals to implement and support SAP Treasury and risk management solutions. The position requires translating business requirements into functional ones, and ensuring integration with wider finance and business functions. Key responsibilities involve driving technology adoption, managing incidents, supporting data analytics outcomes, and implementing AI and automation solutions. The expert also mentors team members and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Will Do:
Solution Management
Lead in designing, specifying, and selecting information system solutions considering functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance.
Drive the organization in exploiting technology, using IT solutions knowledge to drive organizational change and support business process design improvements.
Adopt standard solutions across companies and geographies to minimize bespoke developments.
Manage and resolve L2/L3 incidents and problems for SAP Treasury, including bank connectivity, and drive resolutions to root causes.
Support data engineering and business stakeholders in driving treasury data and analytics outcomes, translating Treasury needs into clear data requirements
Work with business units to identify and drive AI and automation use cases for treasury, supporting business cases, testing, controls, and user adoption.
Leadership & Team Management
Mentor and guide junior analysts and contractors, supporting them in planning and prioritizing their workloads.
Support development of team members in line with target competencies.
Motivate team members to maintain excellence in service delivery and have opportunities for professional development.
Identify and recommend high-potential talent within GTDP.
Collaboration & Improvement
Liaise with managers and stakeholders to ensure full collaboration and understanding on critical topics, preventing escalations.
Contribute to the improvement of solution demand & delivery practices, procedures, methodologies, and tools through active participation in improvement initiatives.
Maintain and upgrade professional knowledge, management skills, and domain expertise through continuous learning and development tools.
Required Skills To Be Successful:
Expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and related SAP solutions.
Strong business process knowledge in Treasury functions, including Front-Office, Middle-Office, and Back-Office.
Experience with AI capabilities of SAP, RPA, and treasury data analytics.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving skills, and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
What Qualifies You For The Role:
College or University degree in Finance/Accounting/IT or related discipline.
Minimum of 8 years experience in design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery, and support of SAP Treasury and Risk Management processes.
In-depth knowledge of SAP Treasury, including S/4HANA Treasury certification is a plus.
Proven experience in end-to-end implementations of SAP S/4HANA Treasury solutions, with integration knowledge of S/4HANA finance and controlling system.
