1. Minimum Required Qualifications

1. 1. Education

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical or related engineering discipline

• Fluent in English (written and spoken);

1. 1. Technical knowledge

• In-depth knowledge in Oil, Gas and Petrochemical, Power & Utilities, Process industry operations and markets
• Knowledge of asset integrity & reliability, design review, verification & certification activities and project assurance consultancy services

1. 1. Experience

• Minimum 10 years experience in technical & management position within an international organization/service provider.
• Minimum 5-7 years of proven track record in P&L responsibility with a leadership role managing medium-large size multidisciplinary team of engineers.
• Proven track record of business growth, market expansion, and driving profitability through pricing strategy, cost optimization and operational efficiency
• Proficient in analysis of BU financial metrices (Sales, Revenue, OCF, OP, forecasting, etc.), setting business strategies, financial reporting and conducting business reviews with senior leadership.
• Previous working experience in the MCA Region, with strong knowledge/connection with IOCs/NOCs and other key clients in the market.

1. Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities

1. 1. Primary Functions

Responsible for the Asset Integrity, Reliability and Design Verification (AIRV) Business Unit within TC MCA.

Holding full P&L accountability for revenue generation, profitability, cost management, and sustainable business growth. This role combines operational excellence, financial stewardship, and strategic leadership to drive TC MCA value and market competitiveness.

Acts in full compliance with the Rules, Procedures and Guidelines of Bureau Veritas and in accordance with TC MCA Governance Model.

1. 1. Business Requirements

• Own complete P&L responsibility for the Business Unit.
• Manage Business Unit Overall Performance: Utilization Rates, actual performance versus budget/forecast, Sales, Revenue, Operating Profit, Cash Flow, Organic Growth, Quality, Risks/Opportunities, etc.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial reports, variance analyses, and business reviews with TC MCA leadership
• Lead and manage all BU related techno-commercial tenders, from resource allocation, internal cost review, package finalization and timely submission.
• Optimize pricing strategy, cost structure, and operational efficiency to maximize profitability
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new services, markets, and customer segments
• Manage relationship with key clients (internal & external), partners, regulators
• Conduct competitive analysis and market intelligence; position BU for competitive advantage
• Manage resource allocation (people, assets, technology)
• Identify growth opportunities: new markets, service lines, geographies, or customer verticals
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing leadership and operational teams
• Foster a high-performance culture aligned with Bureau Veritas values (integrity, safety, excellence, responsibility, collaboration)
• Identify, assess, and mitigate business, operational, financial, and compliance risks in accordance with applicable laws, regulations and BV policies.
• Collaborate with other BV Business Units, Business & Support Function departments and MCA Regional leadership.
