Dining Services Agent – Join Our Talent Pool

In this interesting role, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling day to day food operations of various outlets of the Dining Services and ensure that standard of food service and cleanliness is maintained to ensure safety and hazard critical points are maintained for all customers of cafeteria.

Key accountabilities for the role include:

• Interact with guests to provide them with the best hospitality possible.
• Ensure the security of beverages and maintains minimum stock levels in the outlets.
• Ensure that dining area of the cafe is maintained to the required standard of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Discuss operational problems, facilitate with suggestions to promote food & beverage outlets with LM.
• Maintain Log book for all required CCP on daily basis of cafeteria operations to accomplish the assigned tasks throughout the shift.
• Check areas to ensure that facilities are thoroughly cleaned and tables and chairs are appropriately set out.
• Ensure that suite of furniture and linens at dining area are maintained in a neat and tidy manner.
• Perform regular inventory audits of crockery, cutlery, linen, glassware and beverage stocks and provide the feedback to the supervisor.
• Develop constructive food service improvements in Dining area by maintaining relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with colleagues to accomplish the required job tasks of Dining Services.
• Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department.

• High School Qualification with minimum 1 year relevant experience OR Bachelors Degree Qualification with No prior work experience.

Job Specific Skills
Essential:

• Previous work experience in Hotel/Restaurants as a Waiter
• Computer literate and POS knowledge would be preferred
