EDUCATION LEVEL
Preferably: Graduate of a Construction departments of Engineering
EXPERIENCE
At least 2 years of construction site experience in the construction/building sector.
Language: Turkish and English
Traveling: Required, Inside and outside of Iraq
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1 Support sales activities for the Company’s construction chemicals product portfolio (tile adhesives, grouts, waterproofing products, repair mortars, flooring systems, etc.).
2 Regularly visit dealers, sub-dealers, and applicator networks within the assigned territory and monitor market developments.
3 Ensure that product, pricing, stock, campaign, and technical requests received from dealers are communicated to the relevant departments.
4 Follow up on dealer order processes and support the timely shipment of orders.
5 Work in coordination with the sales team and contribute to the achievement of defined sales targets.
6 Monitor and report competitor activities, pricing policies, new product launches, and campaigns.
7 Conduct field visits to check product availability, shelf/display arrangements, and dealer stock levels.
8 Record complaints, suggestions, and requests received from dealers and customers and follow up on the resolution processes.
9 Analyze regional sales performance and prepare regular reports.
10 Collect field data to be used in sales and marketing activities and present the data to relevant managers.
11 Support the organization of dealer trainings, product demonstrations, customer meetings, and field activities.
12 Work in coordination with the sales and technical teams to provide technical information regarding the proper application of products.
13 Prepare monthly visit plans and regularly report completed activities.
14 Contribute to increasing customer satisfaction in line with Company policies.
