AT Group is seeking a hardworking and reliable Road Construction Worker to join our team in Baghdad. The successful candidate will carry out road and concrete construction, repairs, and maintenance across our sites, with a focus on quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare road surfaces by clearing, leveling, and compacting the ground.
• Place, spread, and finish concrete for roads and paved areas.
• Repair cracks, potholes, and damaged road sections.
• Carry out routine road and pavement maintenance.
• Support equipment operators and the construction team on site.
• Follow all health, safety, and site rules at all times.
Requirements
• Able to speak English at an intermediate to upper-intermediate level.
• Good knowledge of road construction, concrete placement, and finishing.
• Able to use hand tools and basic construction equipment safely.
• Previous experience in road or concrete construction is preferred.
• Able to work well in a team and follow instructions.
