AT Group is seeking a skilled and
detail-oriented
English
Trainer on behalf of an oil
and gas company in Kirkuk, to raise the workplace English of our technical and administrative
staff, so they can work safely and confidently in an international environment.
Local candidates from across Iraq, including local
candidates in Kirkuk, are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
•
Assess employees' English levels
and place them in suitable groups (CEFR A1–C1).
•
Plan and deliver general and
technical English courses (oil and gas vocabulary, HSE, reports, emails,
meetings).
•
Develop lesson plans, materials
and tests tailored to field and office roles.
•
Track attendance and progress and
report results to the L&D team.
•
Deliver classes at the Kirkuk
office and field sites, in person and possibly online.
Requirements
•
Bachelor's degree in English
Language, Linguistics, Education or a related field.
•
CELTA, TESOL, TEFL or equivalent
teaching certificate.
•
3+ years teaching English to
adults; corporate or technical English experience preferred.
•
Experience in oil and gas or
industrial environments is an advantage.
•
Native or near-native English;
Arabic and Kurdish is a plus.
