Overview Of The Role:

The Sales Assistant is responsible for driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service. They are tasked with maintaining a clean and organized store environment, meeting store presentation standards, and assisting in a variety of operational duties assigned by store management. The role aims to create a positive shopping experience for customers and contribute to the overall success of the store.

What You Will Do:

General

Generate sales while delivering a positive customer experience.
Maintain store standards and cleanliness to create an organized environment.
Greet customers immediately with a sincere and energetic attitude.
Provide customers with relevant information about products.
Offer efficient service in the fitting rooms and promptly follow up with customers.
Ensure efficiency and cleanliness at the cash wrap, promoting gift cards, and capturing customer information.
Thank customers sincerely upon exiting and invite them to return.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

Excellent customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
Ability to maintain store cleanliness and organization standards.
Strong verbal communication skills for effective customer interaction.
Proficient in using computer-aided design tools for store visuals and planning.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

High School Degree required.
1-2 years of retail sales experience.
Proficient in using CAD tools like AutoCAD, Sketchup, Illustrator, or Photoshop for creating visuals.
Possess good verbal communication skills and the ability to perform some heavy lifting and stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
