A leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Baghdad is seeking an accomplished and strategicΒ Chief Executive OfficerΒ Β Β to lead its overall operations, drive business growth, and ensure operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's overall operations and implement strategic business plans.
- Oversee operational performance and ensure efficiency across all departments.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, GMP standards, and quality requirements.
- Lead senior management teams and drive organizational development.
- Monitor business performance, financial objectives, and operational targets.
- Identify growth opportunities and strengthen the company's market position.
- Ensure effective coordination between production, quality assurance, R&D, sales, and other departments.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- At least 5 years of experience in senior management or executive leadership positions.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business management, and organizational leadership.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is preferred.
