AT Group is seeking a skilled Digital
Trainer
on behalf of an oil and gas company in Kirkuk, to help their staff use digital tools and business systems with
confidence.

Key Responsibilities
•
Identify digital skills gaps
across field and office teams.
•
Design and deliver training on
Microsoft 365, ERP (e.g. SAP), maintenance systems, permit-to-work software and other company applications.
•
Run digital literacy and cyber
security awareness sessions.
•
Create user guides,
quick-reference cards and e-learning content (Arabic and English).
•
Support go-live of new systems
with training and floor-walking.
•
Measure training impact and report
to the L&D team.
Requirements
•
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer
Science, Information Systems or Education.
•
3+ years delivering IT or systems
training to adults.
•
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365;
experience with SAP or similar ERP is a plus.
•
Experience creating e-learning
(e.g. Articulate, LMS platforms).
•
Train-the-trainer or similar
certification preferred.
•
Fluent Kurdish or Arabic and
English; Turkmen is a plus.
