Job Description
- Responsible for monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations
- Developing measures to assure personnel safety.
- Facilitate compliance with occupational health and safety (OSH) guidelines.
- Assist in conducting risk assessment and enforce preventative measures.
- Assist the Head of Safety to organize OHS training of employees and executives.
- Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment).
- Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy.
- Record and investigate incidents to determine root causes and advise on corrective measures.
- Understand the operation of electrical, refrigeration, and Fire Fighting systems.
- Communicate with different departments and to provide them with information and assistance.
- Assists management and enforcement officers in emergency situations.
- Complies and records data for Safety Control.
- Investigates & Document all incidents, accidents, and safety-related activities in a clear and concise manner, maintaining accurate records.
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
• Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required.
