• Minimum Required Qualifications

• 1. Specialty

External audits in accordance with ISO standards including Planning, Conducting, and Executing complete certificate cycle. Qualified auditor for

• QHSE
• BCMS
• EnMS and AMS (preferred)
• Fluency in English and Arabic Knowledge Added advantage

• 1. Education

Bachelor’s/ Master degree

• 1. Training

ISO 9001:2015

ISO 14001:2015/ 2026

ISO 45001:2018

ISO 22301:2019

Client handling and customer service

Preferred- ISO 50001, ISO 55001. ITSMS/ISMS/PIMS

• 1. Technical knowledge

• Knowledge of the Management system and ISO HLS
• Knowledge of ISO standards and ISO 17021, IAF and Accreditation requirements
• NACE code classification and technical classification of industries.
• Knowledge of outlook, Office 365 (word, Excel), planning and scheduling software application etc.

• 1. Experience

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in successfully Executing, planning and completing audits for IMS/ QHSE/ BCMS for marine, Oil and Gas clients.

• Responsibilities / Authorities / Accountabilities

Primary Functions

• Audit, Client management, required Certification activity (Opening, closing, completing report, submission to technical center for approval).
• Client coordination and managing key Client and organization.
• Other task Assigned by the Certification Leadership.
• Impartial and without any COI, covering the audits with integrity.

Client Relationship Management

• Team Player and engage all teams.
• Client Management During and after audit
• Manage client expectations and provide regular updates for audits, NCR Management and report completion.
• Manage Technical query and report completion as per the technical requirements
• Ensure high level of client satisfaction.

Business Requirements

• Conducting audit Impartially and without any COI, covering the audits with integrity.
• Following and Completing field and travel related HSE requirements.
• Conducting audits as per Accreditation and requirements
• Track, Manage and communicate the plan and schedules

Self Management

• Ability to work independently and manage client, management and Leadership skills for individual and team-based work
• Excellent time management to ensure timely deliverables.
• Self-motivated.
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

• Deep comprehension of technical needs

HSE Requirements

• Complete the Regular Technical and HSE standard training and compliance to HSE requirements.

• Performance Monitoring

• OHSE awareness training, at least one IMS audit observation

• Audit completion, HSE Adherences, report completeness, defects etc
