AT Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented IT Security Manager on behalf of an oil and gas company in Kirkuk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the cybersecurity program across IT and OT (SCADA, control systems) environments.
  • Set and enforce security policies, standards and access controls.
  • Run risk assessments, vulnerability scans and security audits.
  • Lead incident response and recovery for any security breach.
  • Manage security tools such as firewalls, endpoint protection, SIEM and CCTV/access-control systems.
  • Train staff on security awareness and report security status to management.
  • Other relevant tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in IT/OT security, including a management role.
  • Experience in oil and gas or industrial sites is a plus.
  • Security certifications (e.g. CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security) are a plus.
  • Proficient in English; advanced level in Arabic.
