Head of Logistics (Infrastructures)
Position Overview
The Head of Logistics (Infrastructures) is responsible for the long-term maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement of company buildings, infrastructure systems, and office facilities, while ensuring assurance and compliance of EPC management of contractor infrastructures. The role ensures that all infrastructure, utilities, building services, and office facilities operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Additionally, the position is responsible for developing and ensuring short, medium, and long-term maintenance plans aligned with company infrastructure continuity and development strategies.
Job Context & Major Challenges
The position operates within a highly complex project environment and is responsible for supporting the infrastructure requirements of major projects.
Key challenges include:
Large, “one of a kind” complex suite of projects.
Large construction scope.
Working with EPC Contractors to be proactive in infrastructure and building maintenance and development.
Key Job Accountabilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key accountabilities:
Manage the long-term operation, maintenance, and performance of all building infrastructure and utility systems.
Ensure the long-term reliability and availability of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, drainage, water supply, and building automation systems.
Develop and implement preventive and predictive development and maintenance programs.
Conduct regular inspections and condition assessments of facilities and infrastructure assets.
Identify infrastructure risks and develop mitigation and replacement plans.
Identify and propose infrastructure upgrades, renovations, and capital improvement projects.
Maintain accurate records of building assets, maintenance activities, and technical documentation.
Oversee infrastructure operations and ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.
Ensure compliance with all applicable building codes, regulations, and company standards.
Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets for facilities and infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines:
Business
Accounting
Commercial
Marketing
Sciences
Engineering
Project Management
Supply Chain Management
Law
Communication
Technologies
Mathematics
Statistics
Knowledge and Experience
10 years’ experience in a business-related function or discipline.
Including 6 years in the Oil & Gas Industry.
Including 2 years of experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor, subcontractor, service, or vendor personnel.
Technical and Business Skills
Candidates should demonstrate knowledge and experience in:
Building infrastructure systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, utilities).
Facility maintenance and asset management practices.
Health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Building Management Systems (BMS).
Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Space planning and workplace management.
Project and contract management principles.
