Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, good communication abilities, and previous experience in restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations.
- Manage and monitor waiters, waitresses, hosts, and other service staff.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and performance.
- Organize staff duties, shifts, and daily responsibilities.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Monitor table arrangements and ensure proper restaurant presentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or in a similar position.
- Good English-speaking and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage busy shifts.
